Welcome to Prestige Equine. These Product Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and use of products from our website.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Products

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that all information is error-free.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in £ Sterling (GBP) and include applicable taxes.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using accepted payment methods, including:

PayPal

Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including:

Product availability
Errors in pricing or description
Suspicion of fraudulent activity

If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.

Shipping and Delivery

We aim to deliver products within

3- 5 business days (standard)

1- 2 business days (express)

Cut of for Express delivery guarantee Friday/ Saturday delivery is 5pm on a Thursday.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Couriers
Customs (if applicable)
Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

Returns and Refunds

You may return products within 14 days of receipt, provided that:

The item is unused and in original packaging
Proof of purchase is provided

Refunds will be processed within 3- 5 days after we receive the returned item.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Warranty

We provide a warranty of 30 days on selected products.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover:

Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by misuse or improper handling

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prestige Equine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
